Chemical Dosing System

Chemical Dosing System is developed to add chemical/Brightner as the plating is done. The basic is Ampere Hour Count. As the plating is done & set Ampere Hour is passed,Set ml of chemical will dose in the plating tank.

As Ampere Hour & ml of addition is both programmable,Chemical can be dose in a minimum interval to maintain the regular addition.

Brightener addition:

when brightner is added, at that time,material plated will be too bright & as the brightner is consumed material plated will become dull later on.With this system,The regular addition of brightner will maintain the brightness quality for the whole day of plating time.
